1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing a wager through janu4 (available at janu4.net), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and janu4.

Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration, when you tick the acceptance checkbox on the registration form. However, even without formal registration, accessing any page of janu4 constitutes implied acceptance of these terms in respect of your browsing activity. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms — although note that account sharing is strictly prohibited under Clause 3.

janu4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The revised terms take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on janu4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had a janu4 account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these terms, unless janu4 has expressly granted you written permission to re-register.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of janu4 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• Participation in online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by janu4 or any related responsible gaming body.

janu4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities pending resolution. janu4's age verification decisions are final.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on janu4. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a working email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. janu4 cannot be held responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your janu4 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify janu4 immediately of a suspected security breach.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): janu4 strongly recommends enabling OTP-based 2FA via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. While 2FA is currently optional, janu4 reserves the right to require it for specific account actions including high-value withdrawals.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, janu4 will request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period will have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is completed.
• Account Security: You must notify janu4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. janu4 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze pending resolution.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your janu4 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). janu4 does not impose currency conversion on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your janu4 wallet in real time following confirmation from the respective mobile money operator. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance. janu4 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your mobile money operator may apply their standard transfer charge on the sender's side — this is outside janu4's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by janu4's dedicated payment operations team, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, aligned to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). For KYC-verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. janu4 does not deduct any platform-side fee from withdrawal amounts.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 for mobile money methods. ৳500 for bank card and bank transfer methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 for all methods.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard accounts: ৳200,000 per day. VIP/High Roller verified accounts: higher limits apply as communicated during VIP onboarding.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player has submitted a formal payment method change request and received written confirmation from janu4.
• KYC Requirement: First-time withdrawals from any account require completed KYC verification. janu4 reserves the right to request updated KYC documents for accounts where personal details have changed or where unusual transaction patterns have been flagged.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met. See Clause 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

janu4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, cashback on live casino losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

The following general bonus terms apply to all janu4 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of the single-account rule under Clause 3.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposit-match and free-play bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Wagering Contribution by Game Type: Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% on odds of 1.80 or higher. Exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unused free-play credits expire after 14 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements on active bonuses expire after 30 days. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• janu4's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: janu4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have commenced wagering on the affected bonus.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through collusion, use of betting software, or structured wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their account suspended under Clause 8.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on janu4 — including slot games, live casino tables, dice games, crash games, and instant-win titles — operate under the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between janu4's general terms and a game provider's specific rules, the game provider's rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game's mechanics, payout structures, and RTP declarations.

All games on janu4 use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game provider. janu4 does not have the ability to influence, modify, or manipulate game outcomes at the platform level. RNG certification is maintained by the individual providers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, BGaming, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi — through ongoing independent audits by accredited testing laboratories.

• Sports Betting Rules: All sports betting markets on janu4 are governed by the sports betting rules published in the platform's Sports Rules section. These cover market settlement, void match procedures, in-play bet acceptance cutoffs, and the handling of postponed or abandoned fixtures including BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, janu4's system will record the last confirmed game state. Any wager already placed and confirmed by the server prior to disconnection stands. Wagers not yet confirmed by the server at the point of disconnection are voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction that affects game outcome or display, the affected round(s) will be voided and stakes returned. janu4 will not honour payouts arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game session. If you suspect a game malfunction, contact [email protected] immediately with your game session reference.
• Currency and Payout Display: All game stakes and payouts are displayed and settled in BDT. Game provider interfaces that display amounts in USD or EUR for RTP reference purposes do not affect your actual BDT balance, which is always the authoritative figure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

janu4 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour on the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, providing fabricated identity documents, impersonating another person, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to janu4.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one janu4 account simultaneously or sequentially without express written permission from janu4.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format available on janu4.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with janu4's platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, mobile money operator, or card issuer for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your janu4 account and used for wagering.
• Exploiting Platform Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, display bug, or software vulnerability to place wagers or obtain credits to which you are not entitled. You are obligated to report any such errors to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Money Laundering: Using janu4 as a conduit for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to AML monitoring and janu4 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using janu4 while under the age of 18, or providing false information about your age during registration or KYC.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

janu4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A suspected or confirmed breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering indicators, or AML flags associated with the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under Clause 9 (Responsible Gaming).
• A court order, regulatory direction, or formal law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. janu4 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before taking any action on dormant accounts.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, janu4 will communicate the reason for suspension (to the extent permitted by law) to the email address registered on the account within 5 business days. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details. janu4 will review all appeals within 10 business days.

9 Responsible Gaming

janu4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a suite of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered janu4 players directly from their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit increases take 72 hours to take effect; decreases are applied immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at set intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to alert you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from janu4. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, janu4 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the janu4 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by planned or unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by your mobile money operator, bank, or internet service provider.
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on game statistics, odds displays, or any informational content on the janu4 platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to read and comply with these Terms & Conditions or the specific rules of any game or promotion.

Where janu4's liability cannot be excluded by law, janu4's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

janu4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, janu4 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the janu4 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address on file. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the janu4 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using janu4 immediately and request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any wagers already placed and confirmed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the terms that were in force at the time of placement.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. janu4 operates as a global online platform with a dedicated Bangladesh market focus.

In the event of any dispute between a player and janu4, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting janu4's customer support team at [email protected]. janu4's support team will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. janu4's dispute resolution decisions in respect of game outcomes, settlement of bets, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, provided they are not made in bad faith or in clear contradiction of these Terms & Conditions.
